We will be open on alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays for now. For those patients who may not feel comfortable coming in, but still need advice and exercises recommendations we are offering telehealth appointments as well. Several measures will be taken in order to ensure the safety of our patients and practitioners.
- All patients will be asked to fill out a screening questionnaire before coming to the clinic, and will be screened again when they arrive.
- All patients are required to wear a mask while in the clinic. Patients are encouraged to bring their own masks. If they do not have a mask, they will be provided with one for now, however in the future there may be charged for the mask at cost.
- We will be practicing physical distancing in the clinic. We will be trying to limit the number of people in the clinic by allowing only 1 patient in the clinic at a time, and putting a gap between patient appointments to avoid overlap. Therefore, it is important that you only come into the clinic at your appointment time. If you arrive early, please stay in your car until your appointment time. Also, anyone accompanying a patient should remain in their car and avoid entering the clinic. The exception being children, and anyone who is needed to help the patient physically enter the building.
- Patients are encouraged to use credit card or debit cards for payment, in order to limit contact. Invoices will also be emailed to patients in order to limit the exchange of paper.
- Hygiene: Hand hygiene is the most effective way of preventing the transmission of infections to patients and staff in clinics. All patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon arrival at the clinic.
- Cleaning and disinfecting: All treating surfaces and tools, as well as high traffic areas will be cleaned and disinfected with a germicidal cleaning agent between patients. For this reason, it is very important that you come on time, as we will have to cut your appointment short if you come late to allow for proper cleaning time.
